1. Registration and Payment
1.1 Booking Process: To attend SpiracyCon, you must complete the registration process through our official website (spiracycon.com) or authorized ticketing platform. All registrations must be accompanied by full payment to guarantee your spot. Payment can be made via accepted methods indicated during registration.
1.2 Confirmation: Upon receipt of your completed registration and payment, you will receive an email confirmation and a receipted invoice. Please review all details in the confirmation email and contact us at [ vendors@spiracycon.com] within seven (7) days if any information is incorrect or incomplete. If we do not hear from you within this period, we will assume the confirmation meets your requirements.
1.3 Early Bird and Discounts: To qualify for any "early bird" rates or promotional discounts, including the 10% off first purchase for newsletter subscribers, registration and payment must be completed by the deadline specified in our marketing materials.
1.4 Provisional Bookings: We may, at our discretion, accept provisional bookings. However, these may be canceled if the facilities are required for a confirmed booking.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
2.1 Attendee Cancellations: Cancellations must be submitted in writing to spiracycontickets@gmail.com at least six (6) weeks prior to the event start date (July 11, 2025) to be eligible for a refund, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date, but you may transfer your ticket to another individual, subject to our approval.
2.2 Event Cancellation: SpiracyCon reserves the right to cancel or postpone the event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or insufficient registrations). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of registration fees. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred by you, such as travel or accommodation expenses.
2.3 Program Changes: We reserve the right to modify the event program, including speakers, sessions, or venues, without prior notice. No refunds will be issued for such changes unless the event is canceled entirely.
3. Attendee Conduct
3.1 Code of Conduct: SpiracyCon is dedicated to providing a respectful, inclusive, and harassment-free environment for all attendees, speakers, exhibitors, and staff, regardless of gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Attendees must adhere to our Code of Conduct, which prohibits harassment, disruptive behavior, or actions that compromise the safety or comfort of others.
3.2 Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws, as well as venue policies, during the event.
3.3 Removal for Misconduct: We reserve the right to remove any attendee from SpiracyCon, without refund, if their behavior is deemed disruptive, harmful, or in violation of these Terms or the Code of Conduct. This includes, but is not limited to, actions that interfere with the event’s purpose of fostering open discussion on alternative narratives and hidden truths.
4. Intellectual Property and Media
4.1 Recording Consent: By attending SpiracyCon, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded during the event. These materials may be used by SpiracyCon for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, or other marketing channels, without compensation to you.
4.2 Speaker Materials: Presentations, slides, or handouts provided by speakers may be reproduced and distributed to attendees or sold as part of conference materials. Speakers retain copyright over their materials but grant SpiracyCon a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and distribute them for event-related purposes. Speakers who do not wish to grant this permission must notify us in writing before the event.
4.3 Prohibited Recordings: Attendees may not record, stream, or reproduce any part of the event, including sessions, workshops, or performances, without express written permission from SpiracyCon.
5. Privacy and Data Use
5.1 Data Collection: By registering for SpiracyCon, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information (e.g., name, email, and contact details) in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We use cookies on our website to analyze traffic and optimize your experience. Your data may be aggregated with other user data for analytical purposes.
5.2 Attendee Information: Exhibitors and sponsors may receive limited attendee information (e.g., name, title, company) for event-related communications, subject to strict usage guidelines. Such information may not be shared with third parties or used beyond 30 days post-event without your consent.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.2 No Endorsement: SpiracyCon’s focus on questioning official narratives and exploring hidden truths does not imply endorsement of any specific theory, claim, or speaker. Attendees are encouraged to critically evaluate all information presented.
6.3 Limitation of Liability: SpiracyCon is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to you or your property during the event, except where prohibited by law. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of materials, personal belongings, or damages arising from third-party actions.
6.4 Force Majeure: We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations under these Terms due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations.
7. Intellectual Property Restrictions
7.1 Use of SpiracyCon Branding: You may not use the SpiracyCon name, logo, or any associated branding without our written permission. You may not imply any affiliation with SpiracyCon beyond your attendance at the event.
7.2 Event Content: All content presented at SpiracyCon, including speaker presentations and event materials, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
8. Accessibility and Special Requests
8.1 Accommodations: We are committed to providing an accessible experience. If you require accommodations for disabilities or special needs, please contact us at least four (4) weeks prior to the event. While we will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests, confirmation of special requests is subject to availability and not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.
8.2 No Conditional Bookings: We do not accept bookings conditional on the fulfillment of specific requests unless expressly agreed by us in writing.
9. Health and Safety
9.1 Compliance with Regulations: Attendees must comply with all health and safety protocols established by SpiracyCon and the event venue, including any applicable local, state, or federal health guidelines in effect at the time of the event.
9.2 Assumption of Risk: By attending SpiracyCon, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with in-person gatherings, including potential exposure to illness.
10. Amendments to Terms
10.1 We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be communicated to registered attendees via email or our website and will take effect upon notification.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky, USA. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your participation in SpiracyCon will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the courts of Warren County, Kentucky.
