Terms and Conditions

Your Terms and Conditions section is like a contract between you and your customers. You make information and services available to your customers, and your customers must follow your rules.


Common items in a terms and conditions agreement allow you to:

  • Withdraw and cancel services, and make financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
  • Explain your copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Write down any other terms or conditions that protect you or your audience.

Return and Refund Policy

  

SpiracyCon Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 19, 2025

At SpiracyCon, we’re excited to bring you an unforgettable experience! Please read our return and refund policy carefully before purchasing tickets or reserving vendor space. All sales are final, with limited exceptions outlined below.

Ticket Purchases

  • Non-Refundable:  All ticket sales for SpiracyCon are final and non-refundable. Once purchased, tickets cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason, including but not limited to event cancellation, rescheduling, or personal circumstances. 
  • Event Changes: If SpiracyCon is postponed or canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., force majeure), we will offer credits for a future      event, but no cash refunds will be issued. 
  • Transfers: Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly permitted by SpiracyCon in writing.

Vendor Reservations

  • Non-Refundable Deposit: Vendors must pay a non-refundable deposit to secure their booth space This deposit is non-refundable except under the circumstances of a cancelled event. 
  • Remaining Balance: The remaining balance for booth space is due [30 days before the event]. If unpaid, the reservation may be canceled, and the deposit forfeited. Once the full payment is made, it is also non-refundable. 

Exceptions

  • Errors: If we make an error in your order (e.g., wrong booth type assigned), contact us within 7 days at vendors@spiracycon.com to resolve it. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be considered case-by-case. 
  • Legal Requirements: Refunds may be issued if required by applicable law, but only to the minimum extent mandated.
